The Challenge: Each country's microsite used different CMS templates, creating visual inconsistency and maintenance chaos for the marketing team.

Kafka's Modern Echo

A digital experience for the Franz Kafka Museum. The design challenge was to translate existential themes into UI without being literal. We used monochromatic grids and purposeful kinetic typography to create a sense of unease and order simultaneously.

Trade-off

  • Mitigated with a persistent, minimal static nav that anchors the experience.
